Returns Policy for In Love Club Online Shop
We hope you’ll love your In Love Club order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.
This excludes the following:
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can either return your back in store or send it back by post. Please email email@example.com to arrange for return postage or a date which you will be in store. Once the product has been received you will receive a refund sent back to the account on which you made payment originally.
Returns Policy for dresses ordered in store
Unless a bespoke service is selected, dresses are MADE TO ORDER to the nearest standard size. Alterations are payable separately to a recommended independent seamstress.
The seller will not be responsible for any change to the customer’s body shape and size between time of order and delivery. The seller will not accept liability if the dress does not fit or needs major alterations due to weight loss or gain.
If your wedding is postponed your wedding dress will still be delivered to the boutique by the ‘estimated delivery date’ and the balance is payable within 4 weeks of the dress arriving into the boutique. Due to insurance and space, if your wedding is postponed In Love Club cannot hold your dress until your new date. If you cannot keep your dress at home and there is storage space available at the boutique, In Love Club can hold your dress at the cost of £20 a month. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the price (deposit or balance) of a dress should a wedding sadly be cancelled or you change your mind about the dress.
